Entim (the Maasai word for ‘forest’) is hidden in the lush wilderness of Kenya’s legendary Maasai Mara Game Reserve, overlooking the plains and the Mara river right in the heart of the migration area – one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World – only ten minutes from the main Wildebeest crossings during the migration! The Maasai Mara is home to some of the most abundant wildlife populations in the world. Sightings of the big 5 are almost guaranteed and several elusive leopards have established their residence around the camp.

Entim Camp is an exclusive, unrivalled tented camp accommodating just 10 guests in utmost comfort, amidst breath-taking scenery. Each of the luxury en-suite tents has been individually decorated to provide the ideal blend of colour, texture and ambience. Enjoy the intimate setting of an African night with flickering candles, a glass of wine, and a spectacular view.

The dining area provides the romantic background for delightful gourmet food; alternatively dine privately on your own verandah, whilst enjoying the personal service of the local staff, all with in-depth knowledgeof the Maasai Mara and its environs.

Besides daily game drives throughout the magnificent park accompanied by expert local guides, you can also partake in activities such as guided walks, visits to local villages supported by the camp or hot-air ballooning at dawn.

Location:
At the prime site within the world famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, close to where the Mara and Talek rivers converge, only 10 minutes from the main Wildebeest crossings during the migration.

Camp description:
Entim Camp is a small and exclusive tented camp blending into the environment providing the ultimate in personalized service. A pre dawn wake-up call, al fresco lunches and candle lit dinners are no more but effortless routines. The camp’s purpose is to let nothing stand in your way in re-kindling your bonds with nature, providing a unique safari experience.

Accommodation:
5 individually decorated, insect-proof bedroom tents with a large, secluded verandah and views overlooking the plains and the Mara river. Each tent has its own radio for tent service. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with a flushing toilet and hot shower. All tents are powered by generator or solar power. Laundry is provided on a daily basis. The cosy main lounge has a small library area and a separate bar area and opens up to the outside.

Child policy:
Due to the high concentration of wild game around the camp, children under 8 years are not allowed.

Drinks Policy:
● Water, soft drinks, beer, house wines and non-luxury spirits are included in the room rates.
● Champagne, special wines and luxury spirits are at an additional cost.
Note: The camp offers a wide but excellent selection of South African Wines.
